Ready in 60

Sixty minutes — after the zone earns the promise.

Ready in 60 is the pilot delivery design, not a live service in this product preview. The badge stays off until a zone has enough verified cars, agents and trial evidence to make the promise operationally credible.

The scenario

Your trip is this afternoon. The car is still in someone’s garage.

Ready in 60 exists for the moment when plans change and a normal pickup is not convenient. It concentrates verified cars and vetted handover agents in one small operating zone, so a fast delivery can be built around a real car rather than a vague promise.

Once the pilot gates are met, a confirmed booking marked Ready in 60 and the clock starts. Within 60 minutes, a vetted handover agent is at your door with the car, the logbook and a spec sheet that matches what is parked outside. The exact service credit and refund rule will be published only after the payment-provider contract supports it.

The zones

A guarantee only works where we can actually keep it.

The 60-minute promise will apply only inside a live zone — a pocket of Nairobi dense enough with Ready in 60 owners that a 60-minute delivery is realistic every time, not just on a good day. The first candidate cluster is the Nairobi West Cluster; more zones open as more owners in an area opt into the guarantee. Outside a live zone, delivery is usually still available, it’s just not covered by the 60-minute clock.

Every future live listing will state plainly whether it qualifies. If you don’t see the badge, the 60-minute guarantee doesn’t apply to that car — you can still arrange delivery or pickup directly with the owner.

If we miss it

We’d rather lose the day’s revenue than your trust.

The public guarantee stays disabled until at least eight verified cars, three vetted agents and twenty trial deliveries demonstrate a median below 40 minutes and at least 95% performance inside an hour.

Before activation, delivery is quoted as an ordinary scheduled option with no 60-minute promise. That keeps the website claim aligned with what operations can actually deliver.
