Exact-car standard

The car shown must be the car delivered.

This is the operating standard being built into the prototype. The final refund, swap and owner-penalty terms remain subject to the signed owner/renter agreements and payment-provider workflow.

What counts as material

A different registration, make, model, year, colour, transmission, trim, or a missing feature that materially affected the booking. Normal wear is documented separately through the pickup and return photo records.

Registration, trim-derived specifications, timestamps, location, odometer and fuel create the comparison record. No demo listing is marked photo-verified while it still uses placeholder imagery.
