The visible offer · the deeper value

The car is what people see. Confidence is what they buy.

Loud and obvious

The exact car, the full price and a verified provider.

Renters can compare a real vehicle, choose it for their dates and know who stands behind it before they commit.

Quiet and valuable

Controlled access to demand—not random enquiries.

Owners get clearer intent, verified renters and a transaction record without giving up control of the asset.

Kweli is the truth and accountability layer between a listing and a handover. We are turning informal claims—who owns the car, which car it is, when it is available and what it costs—into facts both sides can act on.

The exact vehicle

Real photographs, locked details and availability give the listing something concrete to stand behind.

Qualified demand

The aim is fewer anonymous messages and more renters who understand the car, dates and price.

Accountable handover

Identity, condition and handover evidence give both sides a shared record of what happened.

The exact car, from the verified provider, at the agreed price, when promised.

The product standard

A surface your car can stand behind.

Six captures from the working preview—the exact car, its locked specification, the price a renter actually sees, the verification and tracking a booking carries, your account record and the owner workspace. Vehicle photography is synthetic while the first real cars are being shot.

Vehicle page · gallery and plateConcept

01 · The exact car

They book this car. Not “a car like it.”

Every listing is one vehicle: its number plate, its colour, six fixed angles shot to the same brief. A renter picks the car out of the photographs and arrives expecting that car—so the listing does the describing instead of a long back-and-forth in a chat thread.

The car you see should be the car you collect.

Vehicle page · full specificationConcept

02 · Locked specification

The spec is read from the trim, never typed by hand.

Power, torque, engine, drivetrain, boot, wheels and colour come from the catalogue entry for that exact trim, and cannot be edited on the listing. Nobody can talk a 2.0 into a 2.5, which means an honest listing is not left competing with an optimistic one.

Accurate listings only win when inaccurate ones cannot compete.

Vehicle page · fitted equipment and itemised totalConcept

03 · Equipment and price

Your rate stays your rate—and the fee is on the page.

The equipment that lifts a car above the baseline for its class is listed as equipment, not adjectives, so a higher daily rate arrives with a reason attached. Beside it a renter sees your rate, the Kweli fee and the total, itemised before they pay anything.

No back-channel markup on your car.

Vehicle page · checks, tiers and trackingConcept

04 · Tiers and tracking

The more your car is worth, the harder the renter has to verify.

Renter checks scale with the value of the vehicle. Above KSh 4M a booking needs the full financial check, an employer letter or three-month statement, GPS tracking on the car, and no first-time renters. On the other side, your ownership evidence, insurance and payout identity are checked before the listing goes live.

Tracking and tiers are conditions of the booking, not a favour you have to ask for.

Provider page · account recordConcept

05 · Your record

A track record you own, not a reference you have to explain.

Completed rentals, listing accuracy, typical response time and verified-trip reviews sit on your provider page and travel with every car in your garage. A new listing posted by an established account does not have to start again from zero.

Reputation becomes something a renter can read before they ask.

Owner dashboard · overviewConcept

06 · The owner workspace

The cars, the money and the checks in one place.

Listings and their review status, what each car earns per day, what is booked this week and this month, and the documents still outstanding—held in one workspace rather than spread across three chat threads and a notebook.

Less chasing. More continuity.

The first owner circle

Turn attention into accountable income.

We are forming the first circle of Nairobi owners and operators who want better-fit bookings without losing control of their vehicles. If qualified demand, verified renters and a documented handover would make your car easier to rent, put your email down.
