A clearer handover makes the trip easier for everyone.

Good rental experiences are built at pickup and return: the right person, the right car, and the same condition record on both sides.

Know the approved driver

The person collecting the car should be the person whose profile and licence have been reviewed. It helps an owner recognise the driver and keeps the booking record clear if something changes.

Record the state of the car

Walk around the vehicle together, note the fuel level and capture any existing marks. Clear starting evidence protects both parties and keeps a later question from turning into a negotiation.

Keep the booking reference

The booking reference, contact details and return time should be easy to find throughout the trip. If a route, time or vehicle issue changes, report it through the booking before making a decision on the road.
